Terms and Conditions for Claire Fitzgerald

1. Introduction

Welcome to Claire Fitzgerald Break Up & Divorce Coaching Services. By using the website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Services

​

2.1 Claire Fitzgerald provides services designed to support individuals aged 18 and above navigating divorce, heartbreak, separation and other emotional challenges. 

2.2 Services are provided on a one-to-one basis via virtual platforms or in person, as agreed upon with the client. 

2.3 These services aim to provide emotional support, practical guidance and coping strategies, but do not replace legal, financial or medical advice.

 

3. Booking and Payment

3.1  Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance via the website, email or telephone.

3.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. 

3.3  Invoicing: Invoices reflecting the agreed payment terms will be provided via email once the payment has been processed.


 

4. Client Responsibilities and Expectations

4.1 Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions and actively engage in the coaching process. It's important that they provide accurate and honest information throughout. 

4.2 Results will vary depending on individual's commitment and how effectively they apply the tools and strategies discussed.

 

5. Confidentiality

​

5.1 All information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential. 

5.2 Disclosure will only be made when legally required, for example, in situations involving safeguarding concerns or court orders.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

6.1 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the session fee.

6.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the session fee.

6.3 To avoid charges, please notify me of any changes as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

 

7. Session Scheduling and Duration

7.1 Sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times and confirmed in advance. 

7.2 If an extension of session time is necessary, this will be discussed and agreed upon during the session.

7.3 Any adjustments to session duration or rescheduling will be arranged at least 24 hours by both

Parties, before scheduled appointments begin.

 

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Professionalism, respect, and courtesy are expected from both parties throughout the coaching process. 

8.2 Any disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services without a refund.

 

9. Termination of Services


9.1 Provider-Initiated Termination: The provider reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, disruptive behaviour or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions.

9.2 Client-Initiated Termination: The client may terminate their engagement by submitting written notice in the form of an email, letter or WhatsApp message.

 

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Claire Fitzgerald does not offer legal, financial or medical advice. Services provided are for emotional support, self-reflection and personal development.

10.2 Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes following coaching sessions.

 

11. Data Protection

11.1 Your personal data is collected and stored in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.

11.2 You have the right to request access to your personal data and ask for amendments or deletion.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 All coaching services are provided under UK jurisdiction and are insured within the United Kingdom.

12.3 Any disputes arising will be resolved under the applicable laws of England and Wales.


 

13. Amendments

​

Claire Fitzgerald reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
